We are so happy to have you join the ‘family’! Here you will make great friends and get early access to THE BEST books by both indie and traditional authors!

Duties & Responsibilities:

• If you request a review copy or ARC, you are expected to read and review during the event you signed on for. Not after.
• Hosts are expected to post on the scheduled date provided unless other arrangements have been made with me before the event starts. Book tours are a mix of reviews and features. If you do not put down what you are posting when you sign up for an event, I am going to assume review.
• It is the host’s responsibility to let R&R know if they need to reschedule for whatever reason BEFORE the day they are scheduled to post. It is not my job to chase everyone down.
• DNFs and low ratings happen, just let me know in advance please. No shows are unprofessional and disappointing for everyone involved.
• Reviews MUST be cross-posted to Amazon, Goodreads, and wherever else possible. Let me know if you can’t.
• Cover reveals, book blitzes, creative content tours, and any other one day event are all features. No review required.

Communication:

• R&R organizes multiple events weekly. That means literally hundreds of emails, sign ups, and new events to post on a daily basis. It’s a big company and there is only one person behind all of it.
• Please expect multiple emails per day (potentially), as we average about 5 to 8 events per week. You don’t have to sign up for them all.
• Please check your spam folders regularly as well. A lot of the time our posts end up there.
• Everything is processed as quickly as possible and chronologically. If I haven’t signed you up yet, I PROMISE I am working my way through it all. Your patience is HUGELY appreciated!
• If you have agreed to post on a certain day, please be sure to stick to that date unless you have made arrangements ahead of time

NO AI IMAGES OR BACKGROUNDS. ZERO TOLERANCE 

We receive privileged information from authors and publishers. Please keep that information to yourself.

Lastly, R&R Book Tours has a VERY strict “no show” policy. If you haven’t let me know in advance and fail to post 3 times in a row, hosts will be removed from the roster. Basically, 3 strikes and you’re out!
