We offer author services and virtual publicity packages like book tours, cover reveals, and book release blasts to suit all budgets!

Book Tour Packages

Package “A” $135 USD

15 stops (reviews or promo posts)
5 day tour (Monday to Friday)
Custom tour banner featured on our sidebar
Book tour kick-off post featured here
Tour stops will be promoted on social media by R&R and tour hosts
Custom banner
Media kits and HTML ready documents will be provided to bloggers, instagrammers and tiktokers (items for kits will be provided to us by author)

Cover Reveals

$70 USD ($45 if included with package)

15 – 20 Hosts (bloggers/ bookstagrammers/ or mix of both)
Author selects date for cover reveal (one day).
Cover reveal must not be available online elsewhere (There are exceptions)
Cover reveal post featured on our website
Cover reveal stops will be promoted on social media by R&R and tour hosts
Media kits will be created for bloggers and bookstagrammers (items provided by author)
HTML ready documents will be created for bloggers, graphics will be available for bookstagrammers
Cover reveal posts include; cover, summary, Goodreads link, purchase links, author bio and picture, author links, or anything else author wants to include
Can be done on short notice!

Book Trailer Reveals

$70 USD

15 – 20 hosts (bloggers/ bookstagrammers or mix of both)
Email with sign up form will also be sent to bloggers, instagrammers, and tiktokers
Trailer reveal featured on our website
an HTML ready post is also created for bloggers
Trailer reveal stops will be promoted on social media by R&R and tour hosts
Trailer reveal includes trailer, book cover, blurb, Goodreads link, purchase links, author bio, author pic, and links
Optional Giveaway to provide maximum exposure. Rafflecopter created by me with options benefiting you (adding book on Goodreads, following your twitter, following you on Goodreads, liking your Facebook page, etc.)
Service requires 4 weeks notice but can be done in as little as 2-3 weeks (circumstances will vary)

Book Blitzes

$90 USD

One day event
No limit on participants
Maximum social media exposure through participating blogs, Instagram accounts, and TikTok
Media kits will be created and provided to bloggers (items for kit are provided to us by author)
HTML “ready to post” documents will be provided to bloggers
Can be done on short notice!
No giveaway required but it does increase exposure and is highly recommended

Review Query Service

$50 US

We query bloggers, reviewers etc… so you don’t have to
Price is good for one book. Additional books are $15 ea.
This is not the same as a tour, bloggers or bookstagrammers will read/review on their own time though you may specify a time frame
Reviews will be honest and positive reviews are not guaranteed.
Reviewers will be asked to also post review to Goodreads/ Amazon in addition to their blog/ Instagram page
Number of reviewers requesting books is not guaranteed. By signing up for this service, you agree that the number of reviewers requesting a copy and writing a review is not guaranteed.
Can be booked with Book Blitz for $125 package.

Custom Bookstagram Tours Starting at $135 USD

“Bookstagram” & How it Works

Creative & unique photograph for sign up featured on R&R’s feed
Media kit provided to bookstagrammers including, caption, relevant hashtags, book and author info, purchase links etc…
Author may provide additional graphics
A giveaway can be included, and is recommended for increased exposure and incentive

*If able, author should provide physical copy to R&R Book Tours for promotional purposes, content creation etc…

*Author is responsible for shipping physical copies to participants in a timely manner/ Must be sent 4 weeks in advance for review posts

*A minimum of two months notice is required to organize event

Creative Content Tour

$80 USD

10 Bookstagram Stops
Reel, Story, or Grid Post for each stop
Budget Friendly Option

Doesn’t Require a lot of Notice

Basically, it’s a fantastic option for authors who want to hype up their book with a variety of posts!

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Author/ Publisher must have review copies available approximately 4 weeks before tour

All formats must be available to reviewers – epub, PDF, Bookfunnel, and print when possible.

Author/ publisher is responsible for getting promo posts/ review copies to R&R Book Tours in a timely manner. Excerpts, guest posts, author interviews, character interviews, playlists, etc… are required 2 weeks before the tour starts or 1 week before a book blitz. 48 hrs before cover reveal. (Minimum requirements)

Hosts may not post for reasons beyond our control. R&R Book Tours is not responsible but will make efforts to arrange last-minute promo posts.

Payment in full is required via Paypal upon booking. In the case of an event being cancelled by the client, 50% of payment will be refunded up until 4 weeks before the event. No refund will be issued for last minute cancellations. 75% of payment or credit towards future event will be issued if I need to cancel because tour requirements cannot be fulfilled, ie. tour is not booking well.

Unless arranged otherwise, a late fee will be applicable via Paypal. So please make sure to stay connected.

Finally, all reviews are honest. Should the reviewer feel unable to give a favorable review, they may opt to do a promo post instead depending on their policies. In the case of review queries, we can’t guarantee a favorable review and will not be held responsible.
