What Would Life Be Like If Women Were Banished From the World?

It is the year 2206.

All that remains of the world are the Americas. Empire city has banished all women for three generations now and men have absolute control, using female synthetics as companions/servants.

After graduating from the Academy of Justice, Jason Brown, a charismatic hover jet bike racer and the future leader of the city, has to complete his Crii, a mandatory trip of self-awareness in the wildlands beyond the walls of the city for 100 days.

The unexpected events that take place on this trip alter his perception of the world and he is now faced with an impossible dilemma.

Juche part one - eBook - CopyThe Demon of Yodok

Genre: YA Dystopian

A highly addictive Young Adult Dystopian Survival series that will keep you glued to the pages.

JUCHE [dʒuːtʃe]

Just when Areum, daughter of a privileged family in the totalitarian state of Choson, thought she was free from her personal prison, her world collapses around her as her family are taken away in the middle of the night to a hell-like camp in the mountains where people who have strayed from the righteous path are brutally re-educated through blood, sweat, tears and starvation.

There she has to fight for survival together with the family she hates and is forced to re-evaluate every aspect of her life until then – her deep resentment toward her twin sister; her view of her father in face of the mounting evidence he is a traitor with the blood of millions of fellow countrymen on his hands; and even her love and affection for the Great General – the eternal savior and protector of Choson, whom she had always considered her true father.

AC Logo 2

Adria Carmichael is a writer of Young Adult Dystopian fiction with a twist. When she is not devouring dystopian and post-apocalyptic content in any format – books, movies, TV-series and PlayStation games – she is crafting the epic and highly-addictive Juche saga, her 2020 debut novel series that takes place in the brutal, totalitarian nation of Choson. When the limit of doom and gloom is reached, a 10K run on a sunny day or binging a silly sitcom on a rainy day is her go-to way to unwind.

Why R&R Tour Hosts are “The Hosts with the Most!”

What a year we’ve had! Especially these last few months! I guess the word got out, because R&R has been flooded with business and it’s all thanks to the fab and wonderfully talented bloggers who regularly host my events. It doesn’t matter if their TBRs runneth over, or they schedule is full, they manage to fit in, even at the last minute, and I’m so grateful to you!

Super_Star

You could argue that they do it for the free books (Bah!) but they do it for their love of books in general, and their dedication to sharing the work of indie authors, and books that might not get the attention they deserve without them.

They also do it because our community, despite being world-wide, is a close-knit bunch! Book bloggers stick together and when one needs help, they all jump in!

I have hundreds of tour hosts who are absolutely brilliant! Truly, I am so thankful for all of them, but there are a group of bloggers who regularly host my events that deserve a special shout out. They literally find room on their schedules for every single event they’re invited to. Really, you guys are amazing!

This year my “Thank You” giveaways have been books and gift cards, but I think moving forward you can expect bigger and better, like you deserve. How does a brand new Kindle sound? 2019 is going to be a great year and I’m so happy all of you are along for the ride!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year guys! Cheers to you all! xoxo

For those reading, come join the party and become a host for R&R Book Tours!
